Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a faster-paced yoga flow class, where practitioners will move with their breath, gaining strength and mobility through fluid movement. Expect to move through a sequence of Sun As and Bs, standing poses, arm balances, inversions, backbends and seated poses, ending with a well-deserved Savasana to close out your practice.
All levels are welcome, as options will be given for varying levels of experience. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use, such as blocks or straps.
Steel Mace Vinyasa Classes
Steel mace vinyasa is a fusion of yoga asana and steel mace conditioning. In this course, you will learn foundational steel mace mechanics and conditioning exercises in a HIIT format, interwoven with yoga asanas and flow.
All levels are welcome, as options will be given for varying levels of experience. Please bring your own mat.
